1. The Game

Set It Off - Flick Soccer is a casual soccer game that may include guest play, Unity Player Accounts sign-in, cloud save, achievements or progression, team selection, and online leaderboards.

2. Accounts And Guest Play

You may play as a guest or sign in using supported account services. Guest play may not save all progress across devices and may not contribute to online team leaderboard features.

If you sign in, your profile, selected team, best scores, settings, and leaderboard progress may be saved through Unity Gaming Services.

3. Team Selection And Leaderboards

Players may be asked to choose a team. Once a team is selected and locked, it may not be changed. Team leaderboard scores may be calculated from the scores of players on that team.

The game may show team rankings and limited individual scorer information, such as top scorers, display names, scores, and team affiliation. Do not submit offensive, misleading, or unlawful names or content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with scores, or manipulate leaderboard results.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the game or its services.
• Use the game for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.

We may remove scores, restrict access, reset progress, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Ownership

The game, artwork, music references, logos, designs, code, characters, UI, and related content are owned by Contingency Entertainment or its licensors. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

6. Third-Party Services And Links

The game may use third-party services including Unity Gaming Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, app stores, device platforms, and external links such as music, store, or merchandise pages. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Updates And Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. Online features may depend on network access, app store services, Unity services, Firebase services, or other third-party systems and may not always be available.

8. No Warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contingency Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, scores, or access to online services.
