This Privacy Policy applies to El Konpa: Rhythm Game, a mobile game published by Contingency Entertainment LLC, and to support interactions related to the game.

It does not apply to third-party app stores, operating systems, websites, or services that you choose to open outside the game. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices.

2. No Account Required

El Konpa: Rhythm Game does not require you to create an account, provide a name or email address, or sign in to play.

The current release does not include advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, user tracking, or online leaderboards.

3. Information Stored On Your Device

The game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress can continue between sessions. This may include:

• High scores, grades, note accuracy, and performance records by venue and difficulty.
• Follower count, virality, completed shows, unlocked venues, unlocked suits, and your selected suit.
• Selected difficulty, music-volume preference, and whether you tapped the Follow Eyo-E link.

This local gameplay information is not transmitted to Contingency Entertainment. You can remove it by deleting the game or clearing its app data through your device settings, subject to Apple or Google platform behavior.

4. Information The Game Does Not Access

The current release does not request or access your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, precise location, health information, payment-card information, or advertising identifier.

The game does not record audio or video and does not upload gameplay data to an online service.

5. External Links

The game includes a Follow Eyo-E button that opens the official Eyo-E page in your device browser. Opening that page leaves the game. Your browser and the destination website may process ordinary web-request information under their own privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, social platforms, app stores, or services that you choose to visit.

6. Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device platform, app version, issue description, screenshots, or other details included in your message.

We use support information only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate records, protect the game and its rights holders, and comply with legal obligations. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

7. App Stores And Device Platforms

Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, and your operating-system provider may process download, purchase-history, device, diagnostics, crash, or store-account information independently of Contingency Entertainment. We do not receive your full payment credentials or app-store password.

Please review the privacy settings and policies provided by your device platform and the store where you downloaded the game.

8. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the game.

If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support message, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Data Retention And Your Choices

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is cleared, overwritten, or removed by deleting the game or clearing app data.

Support communications may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve disputes, maintain records, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

You may contact support@contingencyent.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that Contingency Entertainment controls. Because local game progress never reaches us, we cannot access or delete that device-only data for you.

10. Security And International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for information we control. No device, network, email, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Support information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the game changes. The latest version will be posted at https://contingencyent.com/el-konpa-rhythm/privacy/ with an updated effective date.
